Trentino- Alto adige is a region in Northern Italy consisting of two provinces, Trento and Bolzano-Bozen. Due to its location, German varietals including Sylvaner, Gerwürztraminer, and Müller-thurgau are widely planted throughout the region. Other popular varietals are moscato giallo and Pinot Bianco.
